NAGO DIET!!!

NAGO DIET!

-no sugar, no soda, no salt, try for no cheese (will be hard to do this part in WI!)

-granola and yogurt for breakfast, can add a banana

-morning snack: protein shake, can add another banana or other fruit

-lunch is a salad, with no cheese and preferably lite dressing or oil/vinegar, can add a banana

-afternoon snack: energy bar or fruit

-dinner is open, probably red meat or chicken



On Sundays, eat whatever you want- you've earned it!
